softened cream cheese
Crushed Macadamia Nuts
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the top of your fillet.
Bake 8-10 min. until the edges are flacky. Take out of the Oven and add crushed macadamia nuts on top. Broil for about 30 sec. or until nuts are browned.
