Lots of Mahi Mahi

All the boats are reporting an abundance of Mahi Mahi this week. I know Kevin at Rascal said he had caught 7 by 11am, and he was out for a few more hours after I talked to him.
The staff over at Start Me Up in Lahaina sent me some photos of happy fishermen with their catch of the day.....

Up coming Fishing Tournements inlcuding the Lahaina Wahine Jackpot Tourney

I was invited by 1 of my girlfriends.... to join some other girlfriends to go Fishing in the upcoming Lahaina Wahine (ladies) Jackpot Tourney. OH YEA ! We are departing from Mala Wharf aboard the Tale Walker with "legendary" Captain Terry "Killer" Kelam.  Looking forward to it! The last time I did the Lahaina Jackpot Tourney on Rascal out of Maalaea in 2008. We only caught a small tuna while I was down in the head, go figure. I have much higher hopes this year! 

The Price includes dinner at the Lahaina Yacht Club on Saturday night, and access to the Lahaina Yacht club throughout the weekend. That's a good thing for me as I have 2 week "staycation" and I luv Halloween weekend in Lahiana :-) *watch out boys the ladies are coming to town!
